Over 25 years of building experience contributes to his skill in inspecting, interpreting, and providing solutions to material, design, and construction failure of buildings/houses, from the footings, structure and foundation, to the roof, chimney, and all the finishing details inside.

His high level of training as a Goverment Certified Journeyman Carpenter and experience in the field directing sub-trades in heating, plumbing, and electrical work is the expertise required to conduct all phases of building and home inspections.

        Federal Government Red Seal Inter-Provincial Standards Program. 
        Passed Provincial and Federal exams which test knowledge of the
        Manitoba and National Building Code Standards
