Inspector Qualifications

Corinne and Roy Mac Gregor started Owl Inspection in 1993. Roy  has inspected over 5,000 of Winnipeg homes. His high level of training as a Government Certified Journeyman Carpenter and experience in the field directing sub-trades in heating, plumbing, and electrical work is the expertise required to conduct all phases of building and home inspections.

We work directly with you so there’s no potential for conflict of interest. The independent nature of  Owl Home inspectors enables us to produce a quality and ethical inspection with your best interest in mind.
